PROFILE:

One of Canada’s largest property & casualty (P&C) insurance carrier and financial institutions with more than $50B in assets under management.

PROBLEM:

One of the largest acquisitions in Canadian Insurance Industry history posed some major business, financial and technological risks. The two companies had very different cultures, business workflows, geographical footprint and IT systems. To compound the level of complexity thousands of employees, partners, brokers and millions of customer records required cohesion — and if that wasn’t enough, the Business Transformation and IT Integration had to be completed within a strict timeframe and adhere to set budgets.

APPROACH:
