Ms. Boutin started on August 1 and will join the business development team, primarily to help private sector companies improve their cybersecurity posture. Her vast experience acquired as chief of staff for government digital transformation will be a great asset to the firm and to companies seeking to accelerate their digital shift.

Joëlle Boutin biography

Before joining Levio, Joëlle Boutin served as the Member of the National Assembly for Jean-Talon from 2019 to 2023 and as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Economic Development, Innovation and Energy (Science and Innovation). Prior to her election, she was chief of staff for government digital transformation and contributed her communication and public relations talents at National Public Relations. She holds an airplane pilot’s licence and a Master’s in International Politics. She is the co-founder of Femmes Alpha, which advances women in leadership, and co-founded Atelier Ëdele, an import-export company.
